Hi, Jan. By default, only LAN port 1 is working for the internet connection. The other port LAN 2 and LAN 3 must be activated upon request, and for LAN port 4 is used for VAS services. But you may request for LAN port activation and provide us with the following:
FOR NOT ACCOUNT HOLDER
1. Authorization letter from the account holder.
2. Copy of valid ID both parties (account holder and not account holder).
3. Letter of Request for LAN port activation
FOR ACCOUNT HOLDER
1. Copy of Valid ID
2. Letter of Request for LAN port activation
To request LAN port activation, please send the following requirements here:
If through Subscriber on Record:
-Clear copy of LAN port activation Waiver, updated and signed by the Subscriber on Record (Download it here: You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now..)
-Clear Copy of the Subscriber on Record's Valid ID with signature on it
If through Representative:
-Clear copy of LAN port activation Waiver, updated and signed by the Subscriber on Record (Download it here: You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now..)
-Clear copy of Letter of Authorization for a Representative (if any) updated and signed by the Subscriber on Record.
-Clear Copy of Representative’s Valid ID and the Subscriber on Record with signature on it.
