Closed PLDT Home Prepaid Wifi Intermittent Connection

Please ladies and gentlemen, I really need your insights and knowledge in this situation.

Wala pong problema in terms of load, internet speed, and anything but lagi nalang nagda-drop ang internet. As in WALA! for a few seconds then bumabalik siya on its own.

Sobrang nakaka-annoy po lalo na ngayon na maraming activities online (eg: Online Meetings, Online Class) halos lahat po online na. At kapag inatake nanaman po ng tampo ang PLDT, nagda-drop po palagi ang internet then bumabalik. Ang nakakapag-painis pa lalo, kung kailan pa may importanteng sasabihin ang ka-meeting namen tsaka pa siya nawawala! I know and understand naman na it is a technical problem and chamba lang talaga, pero palagi na siyang nangayari.

Measures Done:
- Nakabili po kami ng another modem expecting that the problem will be solved. The modem is external antenna ready (may saksakan po para sa external antenna para po mas madali makasagap ng internet) Pero! Ganun pa rin po siya. I-emphasize ko lang po ulet na meron na pong EXTERNAL ANTENNA! . That is why inisip ko po na baka hindi sa modem ang problem, baka sa SIM mismo or talagang sa ISP na.
- We bought another PLDT modem also external antenna ready, this time, it is open line na po. We put in a SMART 4G LTE (meaning we cannot avail the FamLoad bundle). To our surprise, tuloy-tuloy naman po siya and walang putol, mabilis din po siya, ang problema lang po ay sobrang kakaunti po ng Data na pwedeng gamitin so hindi po afford na dito kami mag-invest ng pera.

Sana po matulungan niyo ako, my sister is an incoming Grade 11 student and I'm an incoming BS CpE student sa isang State University, at our mom and dad are very active in their ministry to the church so we really cannot afford this kind of service. Interesting.... Nawalan rin kasi kami ng net kanina at exactly 3:54pm, like nawala both yung pldt line namin and also yung smart, 3:38pm nawalan ng net yung fiber then 3:54pm namissing rin yung smart. Weird part is merong signal, pero wala lang talaga net for 34 seconds. Worst part naglalaro pa ako ng cs:go nun, na disconnect bigla hahahahha.

PS: TL-R480T+ logs gamit ko para sa measurement. That's why accurate siya hahahahhh

Thank you for your response sir. Ganun din nga po ang nangyayari sa amin, the only difference lang po is prepaid lang po ang samen (SIM card operated) and that yung intermittent internet connection it happens every day at any unknown time. Tama po kayo na malakas ang signal pero talaga walang internet for half a minute or so.
Sa tingin niyo po kaya sir saan ang problema?

PS: I feel you on the gaming part sir! ha-ha-ha! Naglalaro po ako LoL minsan pero nakakatamad na po dahil sa AFK sanctions na palagi nangyayari when it is not really my fault ((((
