It produces melatonin and other hormones in response to cosmic rhythms and cycles These control sexual behavior, menstrual cycles and nervous energy, and other biological rhythms.

The pineal gland is a gateway between the physical and subtler realms, a portal that opens or restricts psychic awareness. Direct stimulation of your pineal gland via yogic practices can awaken ajna chakra.

Don’t ever let anybody scan your forehead, period. It’s that important.
