Paano po maglagay ng profile picture dito sa phc?? ilang oras nako nag hahanad dito pero diko makita

Kailangan mo munang maging established para magawa ang certain features kagaya ng pagpapalit ng profile at username.

As I check. More than 30 days ka nang member. You just need to have atleast 30 post to gain that feature.
