What you do think?

dollar is strong because governments agreed na gawing reserve si USD (main currency of worldwide economy), peso is weak because di tayo ang reserve currency (share a small part in the economy) pero hindi naman issue yung mababa ang peso kesa USD (acceptable iyon) kundi ang issue is yung patuloy na bumabagsak ang value at hinahayaan lang ni government

in my own economy walang value ang USD kasi never had a dollar transaction, my own economy runs only on peso kaya napaka taas ng value neto sa aking economy, kaya i would suggest na if meron dollar income bilhin ninyo ang peso natin (increasing peso transaction and at the same time reducing dollar transactions) just like ofw

Isa lng nmn sagot jan eh....

Sorry uwu.. opinion ko lng to🤣🤣

Currency is like stocks. Honestly they are practically the same in a lot of sense.

Currency value is usually determined by 2 things.

While possible na artificially controllin ng government ang currency value nila, it will be short term. Mas nakikita ko na good moves na gawin ngayon ng pinas is to increase investments sa bansa -which means more utang at further pagbaba pa ng peso. - but in the long run, it should increase assets to back the future economy, and in turn, maging stable currency ang peso sa pananaw ng investors.

This is the reason why China and OPEC countries are planning to switch away from USD as the currency for oil transaction. When this happens, USD value will lose its top status.
