Help PC Build 10k

I'm planning to build a pc worth at least 10k (max na 13k) Not necessarily for gaming, will mainly use for education purposes only. Some applications that I would love to install are Programming Application (atleast VS2015), AutoCAD (atleast 2015) And some Editing Software applications. So far nag basa basa ako dito at nanood sa YT na pwede kong i consider na specs.

Here are some of the result of searching.

A. Eto nakita ko sa YT. Ayos naman, mabilis yung gaming experience nya. Although I won't plan to play here, I just want to have a good PC for education purposes. Pag all brand new, sabi nya nasa 13k (pwede pa)

B. Eto naman, mukang similar lang naman sila nung option A pero mas detailed to. Even yung case sinama price. Also, ang Recommended nung nasa YøùTùbé na PSU ay yung 700watt(would there be difference in performance?)

So ayun, those are what I'm considering to build. As much as possible sana mas mababasa 10k, pero I don't think na may mas mababa pa sa 10k na mag memeet sa recommended specs ng mga application na kailangan ko hahahah

Anyway, what should I choose? Option A or Option B? Why?

I choose B because it has a good PSU.. and i recommend to use 4GB 2666mhz ram 2x8 for dual channel and friendly budget.. mas ok kasi na dalawa gamitin mo na ram instead na isa lang. pero if want mo 8gb then upgrade path ang gagawin mo. i rather choose.. 3200mhz RAM. dahil ang Gigabyte S2H V2 ay pwede sya pang Overclocking ng RAM thru Bios.. at dahil napili ko si "B" kasi si Mobo meron sya NVMe slot compare dun sa "A" ay wala.. pero same price lang sila..

same lang pala ng board sa A.. but i choose B because you don't need RGB ram for kind of that build. and also. ok din naman yung A pero.. i prefer PSU for future durabilty.. kasi pag may problema ang PSU damay damay na lahat masisira lahat ng components..

Salamat po sir. Mukang ayos din yung B. Question lang sir, yun 450watts PSU sa B at 700 watts sa A wala naman bang effect sa mismong performance? Kasi magkaiba sika ng wattage diba?

[XX='HuaweiY92019, c: 536322, m: 1460267'][/XX] Mahirap kasi gumamit sir ng Generic PSU.. moslty sa mga gumagamit ng Generic may tendency na maka sira ng components which is mataas ang voltage neto at hndi safe.. at hndi ito supported ng magandang quality kunyare may kumiglat.. tas naka open pc. mo.. walang protection or 3rd party para sumalo ng mataas na voltage rekta na agad ito sa motherboard at higit sa lahat hndi ito nakakatipid sa kuryente.. mura nga. pero sobra naman sa consume ng kuryente compare sa mga True Rated..

kaya para tumagal ng 3yrs ang PC use True rated
