Closed Paymaya - Meralco

ρáíd our bill using paymaya, the transaction was already processed, but upon looking in the meralco app, it says that I still have my bill unpaid. Any thoughts about this? The transaction was done yesterday (Friday, 18/05/2019, at 5pm).
