Valid id (nasa baba yung list)
Option 1: primary id- need 1 only.
Option 2:Secondary id- need atleast 2 id listed sa picture.
For faster upgrade approval, make sure that the name and birthday that you entered matches the ID that you uploaded.
Use any sim na unregistered kay paymaya.(Preferred TNT/SMART)

For Filipino citizens aged 18 years old and above

(1) Primary ID​

• SSS ID (Digitized, with photo)
• PRC ID
• Postal ID (Issued 2015 onwards)
• Passport
• Driver’s License
• UMID
• NBI Clearance
• Government Office and GOCC ID (Digitized, with photo)
• Philippine National Identity Card
• IBP (Integrated Bar of the Philippines)

Or (2) Secondary IDs​

• Senior Citizen Card
• Police Clearance
• Philhealth ID (Digitized/PVC or Laminated Cardboard with Barcode)
• Voter's ID
• TIN ID (Laminated)
• Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card
• Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID/ OFW e-Card

For Filipino minors aged 7 to 17 years old

1. Primary ID (any of the following)
   • School ID (issued within the current school year and signed by the school principal or head of the educational institution)
   • Passport
   • Driver's License
   • Postal ID
   • Philippine National Identity Card
2. Parent/ Guardian's Valid ID (based on accepted primary IDs)
3. Signed Parental Consent form
4. PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
5. Proof of legal guardianship (if applicable)

For Foreign nationals

Primary ID (any of the following)​

• Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) i-Card
• PassporT
