Mga boss ano po bang pwedeng gawin para magkalaman nmn ako khit konti... Recommend nmn po kau ng vitamins for 16 years old... Yung pambatang budget hahhahaha

Try mo gensing vitamins mabibili mo un sa..chinese drugs store ntry ko na un sobrAng lakas nun sa pagkain kahit kain at bagoong lng ayos na
 
kumain ka lang po , kong ano regular na kain mo pagkatapos uminom ka lang ng maraming tubig tsaka matulog ng maaga ^_^

pero preferred ko weed .. haha
 
ako nag start ako mag gym 16 and sabayan mo rin ng fruits like banana, after work out kain ka raw egg 2pcs kahit 30min to 1hr a day work out in a month magkakalaman ka na.. kung gusto mo mas mabilis try mo buy protein shake.
 
Nasa genetics yan iho. Pero pwede mong i-alter yan thru a simple regular body workout at balanced diet, kasama na rin ang pag-inom ng maraming tubig. Di mo na kailangan pa ng vitamins. Kung kapos ka sa nutrients due to poor/abnormal eating o inadequate food resources, saka ka mag-vitamin siguro.
