Mga sir/maam, payat kase ako at gusto kong mag gym. Lalaki kaya ang katawan ko kahit wala supplement na tinatake pag mag gygym ako? Or may ibang way ba para tumaba na ako? Vitamins or milk na pampataba yung swak sa budget.

Try mo 2-3 pinggan na kanin kada kainan tapos 3hrs sa gym. 3months makikita mo na ung result

Kumain o uminom ka ng maraming protein. Di ba na lecture na ito sa elementary? Protein ang building blocks ng mga cells. Cells na siya ring gawa ng mga muscles mo.

Kumain ka ng maraming munggo kung wala kang budget mag gatas at karne.

Ganito advice ko sir, kasi may problema rin ako sa weight nung nagym ako,kung may budget kayo bili kayo Gold Standard Whey or Serious Mass, mabilis magpataba yan pero mahal. Sabayan mo na rin ng Amino Acids para madaling magbreakdown ung protein. Then reduce ung gym time ng 2-4 days a week 1 to 2 hours each. Next, compute mo ung Body mass index mo and total diet per day, maraming pang compute through Google. Increase mo lang ung diet mo ng 5-6 times a day yun magbubuild talaga kayo ng muscle. Kain lang and inom ng Whey before and after gym. Good luck.

oo sir pero hindi advisable na wala kang after school activity tulad ng brisk walking or small lifts, dyan ka pwede maobese. My advice para sa mga walang time mag gym, bili kyo ng ****meter tulad ng mga nasa smart watch tpos 10k steps per day. Kahit naglalakad lang,paglilinis ng bahay o pag guguitara nacoconsume ung excess calories at na totone ung muscles. Usually jogging ok din na gawain yan lalo na pag weekends para ung excess fat hindi maging bulk o taba at ma tone ang mga muscles.

Same here payat din ako malayo sa amin ang gym kaya ginawa ko nag push up at sit up ako 2 or 3 times sa isang linggo noong September 2017 ako nag simula awa ng dyos lumaki ang aking braso at chest
