Method 1 - Perform a Chkdsk.

1. Select the Repair your computer option found at the lower-left corner once you start your PC using the installation media.
2. Choose Command Prompt.
3. Type chkdsk /r c:, then press the Enter key from the keyboard. Note: Replace c: to the bootable drive letter you're using if it's other than c:.
4. Select Y for Yes if you were asked regarding checking the disk the next time the system restarts.
5. Reboot your PC. Let's keep our patience here as the chkdsk can take quiet some time.

Method 2 - Repair Master Boot Record.

1. Select the Repair your computer option found at the lower-left corner once you start your PC using the installation media.
2. Choose Command Prompt.
3. Type bootrec /fixboot, then press the Enter key from the keyboard.
4. Reboot your PC. Your patience is also needed here.

Method 3 - Automatic Repair

1. Select the Repair your computer option found at the lower-left corner once you start your PC using the installation media.
2. Choose Troubleshoot, then Advanced options.
3. Select Automatic repair, then Next.

Mahirap i-analyze ng eksakto kung mababalik ba sa dati o hindi ang problema mo. May basic guide naman dya. Mas mainam, meron ka palaging Windows repair disk as backup. Kung wala, follow the guides:

Halos di naman nagbabago ang mga possible fixes. Pero make sure sigurado ka sa integrity ng iyong HD para mag-boot yan. Bawat brand meron nyan, especially the laptops. Kung walang hardware error yang HD mo, kaya yang ma-fix ng guide. Test mo lang ng paisa-isa bosing. Kung di makuha sa Restart, sunod mo yung Windows Automatic Repair, next yung MBR repair, Chkdsk command and SFC scan. (Yung system restore or startup repair ay nakakatulong din in some instances.


Alinman dyan ay subukan mo bago ka mag-isip ng reformat o magpalit ng hardisk.

Ganyan din yung sa'kin noong biglang nag-update yung Windows o kaya ay nag-update pero di naman naging successful. Ni minsan, di ako nag-reformat sa blue screen errors. Kadalasan, lang nagiging bagsak ang reformat kung di lang makita yung tamang fix sa problema.

1. Back-up mo yung important files mosa isang external disk

2. Salpak mo yung Win 10 installation disk and follow the installation guide

3. Either patungan mo ng bagong Windows yung C: drive or install a fresh Windows

Yan yung basic na gingagawa ng technician kung di makita yung fix.
