PANO MALALAMAN NA MAY COVID KA?

Pag wala kang panglasa at d ka makaka amoy for 5+ days tas pag bumalik na panglasa at pang amoy mo marararamdaman mo tlga ng mahirap ng konti huminga.
 
Para sa ikakatahimik ng loob mo, magpatest ka na paps. Most probably covid na iyan. And if hindi, good for you. Pero mas maganda na treat is as covid 19 na agad to prevent spreading the virus to others. Isolate yourself from others. Usually naman within a week or so, babalik na din ang panglasa mo. Basta drink lots of water and you need a lot of rest. Iwasan uminom ng malamig na tubig. Maligamgam lang. Take vitamin C + Zinc. You should boost your immune system. Wala talagang gamot sa Covid 19. Kailangan lang talagang palakasin ang resistensya mo. Okay din to drink lemon+ginger tea to soothe your throat. Always sanitize. Use separate utensils, plates and inuman. Then if gagamit ng banyo, much better to disinfect yung banyo, door knob after using just to prevent ang hawaan. Monitor your temperature. Hopefully, hindi ka magkalagnat ng mataas and difficulty of breathing. Also, don't forget to pray.
