Pano Magdiet ng Paunti-unti?

Eat more protein and less simple carbs like juice, candy, tas chicherya. Preferrably 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Mas matagal kasi ang satiety ng pagkain ng protein unlike sa carbs, magugutom ka pa lalo. Tignan mo pag kumain ka chocolate, uminom ka coke, mahirap ang isang inom lng diba, may dadagdag pa, minsan kakain ka pa ng kung ano ano :ROFLMAO: And just do the basics first, push up, pull up, plank, situps and squats, kung mejo nagagaanan ka na, try putting weights using bags etc
