ano kaya pedeng gawin/kainin na pampapayat na no excercise busy kasi sa work hehe. Try ko sana egg diet healthty kaya yon?

count your calories daily tsong. hanap ka sa google ng calorie calculator. Input mo data mo at lalabas dun ilan calories daily ang kailangan mo to loose, maintain or gain weight. kung loose weight ka kaen ka madami gulay nakakabusog na mababa pa sa calorie count at healthy pa
 
mag try ka ng 1200-1500 calories lang ang intake a day tapos try mo work out or kahit brisk walking daily.
