If mag iinterview kana sa call center, dont push yourself na maitama mga grammars mo. Highlight your points, dapat precise yung mga sagot mo sa interview. Chaka ilabas mo mga ideas mo. You will eventually learn the basics of grammar and other things pag tungtung mo ng CC. And tama sila, read english books, watch english movies. Aralin mo yung mga pronunciation. Sa accent, yung normal accent lng wag masyadong OA, pero pwd din pag nasa call kana.

I can speak English but not that fluent no intonations and accent. I just learned my Intonations and accents while taking calls everyday. Tsaka na bihasa talaga ako nung dating account ko na AT&T. So I can consider na pwede ka mag apply kahit hindi ka masyado magaling sa english. so long as you can speak english. So first step for interview. Question is "Tell me about yourself" Name, location, age, previous job, reason for leaving, reason for applying BPO. yun lang. magpakatotoo ka sa interview. kung pwede sabihin mo na mahirap lang kayo kaya need mo ang Job kase BPO. Provides higher compensation.

Well actually for that wag isagot kung anong nasa resume mo? Dapat kase yun yung sabihin. pwede mo naman sabihin ang hobby mo. But that would be a little bit boring. Introducing yourself by answering the Question of "Tell me about yourself" is like they test you are telling the truth and how confident and talkative you are. That is the main purpose of tell me about yourself question. Pero congrats at natanggap ka

Read English books! Mga novels. Kausapin ang sarili sa salamin Of course in English. It helps me a lot to communicate with my friends in a board game cafe as they are always talking in English. Looool.
