Normally, disqualified na dapat si Robin Padilla sa pagtakbo sa public office o ma-appoint sa public position dahil nga na-convict siya sa kasong îllégâl possession of firearms.

Kahit nakulong na siya at napagbayaran na ang kanyang kasalanan, hindi pa rin sapat iyon para maibalik ang kanyang civil at political rights.

So sino ang may kagagawan at nakatakbong senador si Robin? Tententenen...

2016 pa lang nagbigay na ng absolute pardon si Duterte kay Robin Padilla na nagbabalik sa kanyang civil at political rights.

Sigurado ako mas alam ko kaysa sa iyo kasi nagbabasa ako. Alam kong hindi ka na qualified tumakbo kahit barangay kagawad kapag convicted with finality ka na sa crimes against moral turpitude. Pero dahil nga sa absolute pardon ni Duterte kay Robin, nabura na yung kasalanan niya sa mata ng batas kaya naging valid ang kandidatura niya. Nasa interviews din ni Robin iyon kaya nga nagpapasalamat siya kay Duterte.

Google "crimes against moral turpitude Philippines" kapag convicted ka na with finality, disqualified ka na from running and being appointed to any public position. Unless may pardon ka nga galing sa presidente gaya ng case ni Robin.

Ganyan din nirereklamo nila kay BBM kasi kasama ang tax evasion sa crimes against moral turpitude. Yun nga lang RTC lang siya convicted pero acquitted siya sa Court of Appeals. Tsaka hindi tax evasion ang kaso niya kundi failure to file income tax returns.

pag pinatuloy mo pagbabasa meron pang provision para sa 5 years from service of penalty

so meron lang cooldown for 5 years pwede na ulit, not disqualified for life ata
