wow an old 17th century theory, magandang topic ito, this theory still works but it's limited to humans only, it did not consider other consumers of agriculture (food). so ang labas niya parang newton's law which still works but can no longer cover a larger scope like universe to which einstein expounded. so back to the theory, totoo talaga na ang population cannot exceed to what can agriculture provide. di pa dito na-consider ang discovery ng technology which increases efficiency of food production. yung discovery of modern birth control di rin na-consider which interfere with population growth. so i would say normal lang sa isang very old theory na maging lacking, but they sure still works on specific situations
