Closed Openvpn connect help

Hi guys, this is my first post as a member, but I've been following threads for about a week now.

Anyway, I have this problem. I'm using OpenVPN Connect with TM as my sim. Well, I just bought an account for 100 pesos and then the person send a VPN profile to my phone and I register to load promos. I've been using this for over a month now.
Then, I started getting connection errors and stuff like that. I have absolutely no idea how this thing works, I'm just after the fast connection with no capping at all.
My contact person taught me to put my Network Mode into 3G and wait for it to connect before reverting it back to 4G. At first, it fixes the connection problem, but now I can't seem to connect at all. Yesterday, I was just getting connection timeout issues, but now I get the "Proxy error: on sg2.ρrémíùm-vpn.com:80 HTTP proxy unexpected EOF: reply incomplete" notice.

I am somewhat desperate to find a solution for this. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I have no idea on what the logs, the notices, the apn/vpn stuff, the profiles mean specifically and how to alter them. It would be best if you could explain them in a less technical way. I really appreciate your help.

anung ip po ang pinapasearch sa iyo? kasi you need to connect first sa 3g

wala po akong idea e. basta yun lang po yung lumalabas. sobrang unstable po nung sa account ko. At one moment, magcoconnect siya, then sometimes di na ulit siya magcoconnect. Nakaka-frustrate lang po. Need pa po ba ng account pag yung net na walang load?

Ayan po hindi ko lang po alam kung bakit biglang kumonekta na siya ngayon... Ang ginawa ko lang is nagdownload ng isang vpn profile from PHC then nagtry ako magconnect from that profile, pero di parin maka connect. Then sinubukan ko ulit magconnect from my profile, biglang nagconnect.

Try asking your providerfor another http proxy po.

And another thing, possible po ba na gumamit ako ng ibang http proxy from another source pero yung user/pass ko is still the same?

Yes maybe the proxy is no longer active.
Same problem uccor in my configs if the proxy is incompatible with my vpn server.
You should ask a backup proxy from your provider since you ρáíd for it.
But don't worry your using a ρrémíùm vpn your connection will be okay as soon as they fixed things in their servers

You can use another http proxy provided by your source or from somewhere else that is compatible with your server.That is if you know how to edit your config manually. Same.password and username. Note that if you use an alternative http proxy make sure that no data of yours will be compromised. Particularly when you use your vpn connections for business transactions.

If you're an lte user. You can connect using mgc settings if your prepaid card is MGC capable. Our master secretaccount in an mgc expert.
As of now only few can connect using default apn without load or promo using buggy apn's
