Akala kasi nila blocked na sila. Pero hindi alam ng karamihan sa atin, na need ng regular load sa roaming tricks. Kasi actually, ito ay valid service ng SMART na hindi pwedi alisin kasi mayroon naman talagng legit na tao, na need mag roaming kasi, required once they traveled abroad .

So, hindi pwedi alisin ng SMART ang service na ito at wala silang kikitain sa legit na overseas calls and texts.
