Help Ok bang mag hanap ng work sa indeed ph?

Hanap trabajo ulit since last january-feb. 2018 sa pribado. (2 years kasi akong nanilbihan sa LGU April 2018-January 2020)

dati kasi akong LGU employee kaso my plantilla hindi narenew a year ago. sisihin mo si corona kung bakit ganito ang buhay ko. (at ako rin.)

Sa daming kinausap na tao sa city hall, halos lahat sila walang kuwenta! Puro pasa sa PESO puro paasa lang kasi wala daw budget. Bullshit yang palakasan method na iyan. tried mag palakas pero di sakalam sa city hall.

Mukhang may pagasa pang makabalik. mag election na sa 2022. may bagong magiging mayor. pero kahit daw bay bagong mayor, di parin mag kukuha ng mga bagong taong gustong manilbihan sa LGU. Dahil nga kulang parin sa budget! Possible makabalik ulit ako after 5 years. 2025-2026? Sure wala nang covid niyan. Sana.

Ok madrama nanaman ako. Ito na ang malaking tanong: Sino nang nakapag apply sa inyo sa indeed ph? Ok naman bang maghanap dun mga ka-PHC?
Kahit work at home o work sa company mismo meron ba doon? Wala bang iskam ba na job posts? Nagoyo nako dati sa fb group (saksakan ng toxic at scam doon.)

same here. ngayon nga lang ako nag aaply online tinatamad din kasi ako mag hanap din doon. lagi kasi ako nag aaply sa PESO pero right now bihira lang sila nag oopen hire sa mga nag aaply dahilan nga sa pandemic na ito. kapag pupunta nga ako doon laging tinananong na "tinawagan ka ba" kung bakit ka pumunta sa peso. Plano ko nga rin na mag take ng CSC exam. eh parang medyo nawalan ako ng ganang mag take kasi nga kailangan itong bullshit palakasan system sa govt. Ewan ko lang kung makakapasok ka sa govt kahit may CSC eligibility kahit walang backer.

[XX='arsenal1205, c: 937734, m: 1107779'][/XX] Kahit siguro may CSC eligibility ka pero walang backer mahihirapan ka pa rin TS. But it is good also for your qualifications if you will take and pass the CSC exam po. Isa din kasi yan talaga sa mga qualifications sa government.

sa ngayon di pa siguro open sa lahat ang mag exam sa CSC. di ko sure kung meron itong taon. Or maybe di na ako mag take because it was almost useless pag walang matinong backer.

I think, may computerized na examination din so that di na pen and paper yung exam mo. Another thing is may mga exempted din to take the CSC exam, just check po if applicable sayo TS.

Mas complicated pa sa pag-take ng CSC exam eh. Hahaha. Mas madali pa yatang mag-take ng exam.

[XX='SoriHaGadBleys, c: 937963, m: 931948'][/XX] My advice if temporary job pa ang hanap mo is those jobs which can hone your skills and makakadagdag sa qualifications mo, for example si TS. IT Graduate, I dunno if programmer siya but if he is, pwede siyang mag-freelance and gumawa ng mga applications which may be added to his portfolio. Or another idea is to try domestic trading muna. May mga tutorial din naman siguro nyan, di pa din ako expert dito but other people are doing it, so why not try it diba?

Another piece of advice, pag nagsisimula ka talaga ng work is dun ka talaga sa pinakamababa niyan. Yan ang tradition natin eh, so be humble and prove yourself sa work para ma-regular or ma-promote.
