Hi TS. I'm a callcenter agent for almost 4 years now. Been with Alorica, TP CNX and VXI.
Ang process kasi sa application ay initial int, online exam, behavioral interview and final or ops validation.
Usually sa initial int. karamihan na tinatanong is, Tell me something about yourself, What is your idea in customer service, if college grad ka tatanungin ka if how do you relate your course into call center field.
Online exam consists of typing test and basic exam about sa computer.
Minsan may versant, svar or berlitz.
Behavioral exam usually tinatanong is what is your expected salary, how do you sell this pen to me, what are your strengths and weaknesses, are you willing to work during nightshift, overtime, split offs and dayshift.
Final interview, usually more on about the product na or kung newbie ka, parang mauulit lang mga tanong sa initial or behavioral.
iba iba kasi process ng ibat ibang BPO companies dito sa Pinas. pero based on my exp. usually ganito naeencounter ko.
