Help MySQL Commandline Client ERROR 2013 (HY000): Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 0

Hey guys! Patulong naman sa mga nakakaalam di ko po kasi magamit yung mysql commandline client, auto close po siya kapag nagenter ng password. Pero yung MySQL Workbench nagagamit ko naman. Sinubukan ko sa cmd ganyang po yung error na lumabas.

Na fix ko na, dahil pala sa vpn na ginagamit ko
