Waitlist
Denarii is launching a new mobile application and offering a dynamic waiting list (the “Waitlist”) that allows individuals to sign up early and advance their position in the Waitlist queue if they successfully refer other people that sign up. Depending on early registrants’ Waitlist rank, they will be eligible for a Reward.
Eligibility
The Waitlist promotion is open to all Philippines residents who are at least 18 years of age. Employees, officers, directors, and members of Denarii, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Waitlist are not eligible. Proof of age, identity and/or residency may be required.
Waitlist Period
The Waitlist Period begins at 21 Feb 2021 Philippine Time on 9:00 AM and ends at 5:00PM Philippine time on 22 May 2021 (the “Waitlist Period”).
How to participate in the Waitlist
To participate in the Waitlist, eligible individuals (the “Participants”) must visit Denarii’s website at You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. and sign up by entering their mobile number and the verification code sent to their registered mobile number. To take part in the Waitlist, Participants must sign up during the Waitlist Period.
The Participants may invite other people (each a “Referee”) to sign up by sharing the referral link (each a “Referral Link”) that will be generated and appear on the website following completion of their sign up.
The existing users who have an account with Denarii (each a “User”) may be enrolled in the Waitlist by Denarii automatically. In the event that Denarii enrols a User in the Waitlist, Denarii will send an SMS notification to the mobile number of the User informing him/her of his/her entry to the Waitlist. The Users may opt out the Waitlist by contacting Denarii at support@denarii.com at any time. The Users’ continued use of Denarii after receipt of the SMS notification constitutes their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
How to move up on the Waitlist
Once the Participants sign up, they will be able to see their current rank in the Waitlist queue and how many people they need to refer at that moment to move up to a higher bracket.
The Waitlist is dynamic in nature and is based on a ranking board. For each Referee that joins the Waitlist via the Referral Link and signs up, the referrer Participant will get one (1) point. If multiple Participants have the same rank, the Participant who joined the Waitlist earlier will be placed higher on the ranking board.
Due to the dynamic nature of the Waitlist, a Participant may be moved down to a lower rank or bracket at any time if other Participants successfully refer more people than that Participant refers. Reward

How to claim a Reward
On the expiration day of the Waitlist Period, the Reward winners will be notified by an SMS from Denarii to the mobile numbers that the Participants provided during the sign-up process. The Reward winners will need to register an account with Denarii within 7 days of expiry of the Waitlist Period to be able to claim the Reward.
Denarii is not responsible for and will not replace any lost or stolen Reward or any Reward that is undeliverable or does not reach the Reward winner because of incorrect or changed contact information. If the Reward winner does not register an account with Denarii within 7 days of expiry of the Waitlist Period, then the Reward will be forfeited and Denarii will have no further obligation with respect to that Reward. Denarii is not responsible for any inability of the Reward winner to use any Reward (or portion thereof) for any reason. The Participants waive their right to assert, as a cost of winning any Reward, any and all costs of verification and redemption to claim or use a Reward. Any applicable taxes attributable to a Reward will be ρáíd by the Reward winner.
