I recently ported from Globe to Smart and it has successfully been activated via smart customer service last week. But I cant buy load from either gcash or paymaya and i cant access *123#. I can't even register to a promo via text. Naka load lang ako via a retail store but only regular load bcos mag e-error sya if promo yung ipapa load ko. Wala namang problems sa call and text kase nakaka receive pa ako ng call tas nakaka text din naman using the regular load. Kaya lang mahirap talaga kase daming limitations. Hindi din maka access sa GigaLife. I already called to smart customer service and dialed *888 pero panay "sorry" lang talaga sila at "we will check on this".
Anyone who has the same problem as me? Pano nyo na fix? Help. Thanks!
