then use MGC APN

- remove port (/)
- proxy server : libre.ph
- real proxy type: HTTP
- real server: 127.0.0.1
- real proxy port: 8080

go to more settings connect through http proxy (/)
use following settings (/)
host address: 203.177.42.214
port: 80
