And if ever baka alam nyo paano mawala?
8 years ko na to nararamdaman , may times na nawawala naman pero bumabalik talaga e.

The problem here is no treatment has establish (From what i read), the only one can answer is a Neurologist Doctor (Because of the affecting nerves). It's just an uncontrollable movement of the muscle that has to do with nervous system.
