MANGO BREAD LOAF

Ingredients:

You need in a mixing bowl:
2 cups of all purpose flour mix with 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda. WHISK it.

Another mixing bowl:
melt 3/4 cups of white sugar with 1/4 cup of margarine or butter, 1/2 cup of oil , 3 whole eggs. Mix it well then gradually add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of grounded cinnamon powder.

Procedure:
Combine dry ingredients together with batter mixture mix it well, then add 2 1/2 cups of small cubes of mango slices and 1 cup of raisins, add 1/2 cup of water. Grease pan.

PREHEAT oven 350 degrees F and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes depending upon the type of oven you have. Let it cool before you slice.
