Closed MAC Address Help!!!

Can you help with my modem DV235-t. i didn't use it more than a month due of lack of MAC Address. i am willing to pay LOAD to those who help me, if FREE, i really appreciate it. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
i Already Posted a tread like this and someone who given me a MAC but its CDC. my Area is MAKATI CITY.
