M028AT Firmware Extraction Software Needed

I have a factory unlocked M028AT from Smart. I requested to have my out of contract device unlocked and they gave me a new one. I need to extract the firmware on the unlocked device so I can test it on the locked device which they let me keep. What software can I use to extract the firmware?

Once extracted, I can share the firmware here.

Meron akong factory unlocked M028AT galing sa Smart. Ni request ko na ma unlock yung device ko dahil tapos na ang plan ko pero binigyan nila ako ng bago. Kelangan ko i extract yung firmware mula sa unlocked device para ma testing ko sa naka lock kung gagana. Anong software pwede ko gamitin para ma extract yung firmware?

Pag na extract ko, pwede ko i share dito yung firmware.

Hmm try mo mag search about extracting using linux distro kasi don pinaka ok pag extracting e ..pero wala ko ma recommend sayo kasi wala pako experience sa ganyan e

Smart DID NOT give me a file. It gave me a new M028AT DEVICE that is UNLOCKED. Kaya gusto kong I extract yung firmware at I load sa locked (na hindi na nila kinuha sakin) para i test. Gets?

Wala, hindi na dedetect nung software yung Marvell SWDownloader yung device. Hindi ko pa nasusubukan outside of the VM dahil praning ako. Pagnagka time I format yung lumang PC ttry ko dun directly.

If may naka try ng Marvell SWDownloader kung nakaka download ng firmware (kahit sa locked version) para lang sure na baka cable or PC ko lang may issue.

install mo lang po driver tas i dump mo yung firmware ng unlocked at i flash sa locked mo na mifi ikaw nalang pag asa ng pocket wifi na ito

HMMM pag na backup firmware nito high chance na pwede ko to i flash sa locked unit ko same lng sila eh

sadly Yung SWDownloader walang option para mag dump/backup ng firmware pang flash lng talaga sya

I havent had the time yet, thanks for confirming that the SWDownloader wont be able to extract.

Anyone have info on MarvellMiFiTool instead? I assume the ???? are chinese characters. If we can translate that and see if we can extract the firmware.
