Mabilis lang prosesso basta kumpleto ka ng REQ, yung pila lang nagpapatagal

Requirements:
1. Old DL (non pro or pro)
-surrender sa receiving

2. APL form (fill up) see sample yellow highlights

-leave blank yung Vehicle category unless gusto nyo magdagdag restrictions
-kung ano restrictions mo sa luma (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) sila na bahala mag update sa bago

3. Medical certificate
-2 months validity
-acquire sa mga accredited LTO clinics na malapit sa inyo
-Php400 (depende sa lugar)
-pamatay oras to kung isasabay mo sa pag renew
-dapat alam mo na height, weight, blood type, eye color etc

4. CDE certificate (PASSED)
-create ka muna account sa LTO portal (You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.)
-ilista mo yung LTO CLient ID na nasa profile mo
-itake mo online exam (25 questions only-50% passing rate)
-practical lang mga tanong (EASY promise)
-pwede mo panoorin reviewer (5hours estimate)
-sa portal print mo CDE certificate pag pasado sa exam
-retake kanalan kung bagsak
-2 months before or earlier bago DL expiry pwede na kayo mag online exam (NO EXPIRY)


*kung wala kang violations/penalties=matic 10 years validity
**kung may violations need mo muna isettle penalties bago ka magrenew
***pwede mo makita sa portal kung may pending violations ka

EASY RENEWAL STEPS:​

1. Submit forms (#2,3,4) sa guard kung nililimit nila papasok at may ibibigay na form
-fill up mo yung LTO CLient ID sa form at password mo (ichecheck kasi nila mismo online)

2. Antay na tawagin or papasukin or

3. Submit mo lahat (#1,2,3,4 + form na may LTO client ID, password) sa receiving

4. Antay tawagin para bayaran yung Fee (Php585) sa cashier*

5. Punta ka sa Photo capture booth plus biometrics after magbayad*

* kahit alin sa dalawa (4,5) mauna depende sa LTO branch, itatawag kung saang window kayo pupunta

6. Antay ma release ng ID, sign sa logbook and signature

SAKSES MAY DL Kana ulit for 10 years! Tara na sa Baguio

Pag 10 years may 2 PME kang icomply 60days before sa 4th and 7th birthday mo pag nakuha muna DL
-periodic medical exam-

TIPS:​

1. Dapat nakapag online exam kana sa LTO portal at pasado (CDE certificate)
-kung sa labas pa ng LTO kayo kukuha ng CDE grabeng negosyo at tatagain kayo ng Php300-Php420
-LIBRE LANG ang EXAM AT CDE Certificate online (print out lang may bayad pag walang printer sa bahay)

2. Kung pupuntahan na LTO branch ay sa labas pa yung medical?
-mas ok na maaga kayo at diretso agad sa medical
-or kung may malapit na accredited clinics kuha na kayo agad
-time saver pag meron ka na nito bago pumunta sa LTO pag magrenew


OFF Topic (MT vs AT License)
TIPS sa mga magbabalak kumuha licensya (NEW DL ONLY pro or non pro)
-siguraduhin nyo pag nag Driving school kayo applyan nyo na yung MT (manual transmission)
-para sa license pwede kayo maghandle ng mga AT (automatic transmission) na sasakyan
-pag kinuha nyo ay AT hindi kayo allowed mag drive ng MT kahit pa marunong kayo
-bago kayo maka pag Non pro or Pro need mo muna Student permit

kung dimo naclaim dati then dun ka din pumunta na LTO branch tas sabihin mo nalang paps, dapat nag online exam kana at print out (CDE), pati yung APL form para sumaglit kana agad ng medical

balita ko extended naman ang renewal/registration til Feb 2022 kung sakali man na dika pa makakuha ngayon (paconfirm nalang sa LTO)

need mo lang icheck sa boxes sa APL form yung aaplyan na restriction then assess muna nila at kung qualified may additional fee lang na babayaran para sa added restrictions,

kung di qualified bibigyan ka ng instructions kung ano need mo icomply
