Nakakainis talaga ang Allergic Rhinitis, maraming bawal katulad ng bread, dairy foods, milk at lahat ng food na magproproduce ng mocus. Nakakainis kasi hindi ako mayaman na hindi kumain ng mga bread at uminom ng gatas/chocolates drink kasi pang araw-araw na kasi namin eh.

May mga cure ba kayo diyan? Pakuloan daw lemon grass tapos inomin. Yung permanent cure sana. huhu.

Hello, nagkasakit ako ng lagnat tapos mukhang bumaba yung immune system ko. Hindi ako sinisipon pero my mocus parin sa lalamunan. Ngayung okay na ako at wala ng lagnat, bumalik naman yung allergic rhinitis. Mukhang totoo na overreactive na immune system. Trigger ko ay alikabok, chocolate na pumupunta sa likod ng ilong at kapag naramihan ng mga dairy products.

Ah okay. Totoo nga pinapababa ng antihistamine ang immune system. Dahil nga over-reactive ang immune system ng meron allergy.

Based on healthline, nakakuha sila ng ng 38% reduction sa allergy by consuming 2 grams ng vitamin C. Ilan ba ang recommended consumption ng vitamin C per day. 90mg sa isang ãdül† na lalake.

In short, para maka reduce ng 38% sa histamine level, magcoconsumo ka ng 2200% or 22 times ng daily recommended amount ng vitamin C. Base nga sa study ito kung saan nagbigay sila ng 7.5grams through Intravenous - 8300% ng daily recommended vitamin C.

For context. ang isang orange ay may 50mg. Kailangan mo kumain ng 40 piraso ng orange para maabot mo ung 38% reduction ng histamine.

I am just saying, kung ito ang route ng gagawin mo, you will have to overdose on vitamin C to gain any real result.

Reviewed studies indicated the effect of vitamin C on various lung disorders including asthma, COPD, lung fibrosis, lung cancer, lung infections as well as allergic and immunologic disorders with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immunomodulatory mechanisms, in both experimental and clinical studies.

Various experimental studies showed the relaxant effect of vitamin C on TSM mediated by various mechanisms including β2-adrenoceptors stimulatory, inhibitory effect on muscarinic and histamine H1 receptors, phosphodiesterase enzyme-like and calcium channel blocking mechanisms. These findings suggest the possible bronchodilatory effects of the vitamin C in obstructive respiratory diseases but further clinical trials should be performed to examine this effect in different obstructive pulmonary disorders.

The preventive effect of vitamin C was demonstrated in different respiratory diseases, including asthma, COPD, lung fibrosis, lung cancer, and other respiratory disorders.

Treatment with the vitamin C affects different lung cancer in vitro, in vivo and in clinical studies through affecting cell viability and other molecular mechanisms.

In experimental studies, the effects of vitamin C on lung infections caused by various viruses and batteries were reported. Clinical studies also demonstrate that timely administration of high dose of vitamin C improves the outcome of COVID-19 infection.

The preventive or prophylactic effects of the vitamin C on various allergic and immunologic disorders were also indicated. The possible cellular and molecular mechanisms of the preventive effects of vitamin C on various respiratory disorders were shown to be due to its anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and antioxidant properties in different studies. Anti-inflammatory effects of the vitamin C on lung inflammation were reported by reduction of total and WBC in BALF and blood of asthma and COPD and others respiratory disorders. Vitamin C also improved the levels of inflammatory mediators such as 8-isoprostanese, vascular endothelial growth factor, pro-inflammatory protein expressions such as Rtp801, NF-κB, and iNOS as well as MMP-9 and MMP-12 gene expression in the BALF and lung tissues. Regarding the antioxidant effects of vitamin C, it declined free radicals. Serum and BALF level of oxidants markers such as MDA and erythropoietin were reduced but antioxidants including catalase and glutathione peroxidase were increased in asthmatic animals by treatment with vitamin C. In addition, vitamin C suppressed ROS generation in cells and improved mitochondrial function as well as inflammation status. Immune-modulatory effects of vitamin C were indicated in animal models by decreasing serum and BALF levels of IL-6, IL-1β, TNFα, IL-4 and IL-5 but enhanced IFN-γ and Treg cells. Treatment with vitamin C also shifted Th1/Th2 balance toward the Th1 pole. In addition, vitamin C down-regulated gene expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNFα and IL-1 that is dependent on ROS by inhibiting NF-kB transcription. The levels of IL-4 and IL-5 in the BALF, IgE and IgG1 levels in the serum and NF-κB p65 protein levels in the lung tissue were improved by treatment with vitamin C. Lung pathological changes in various respiratory diseases and tracheal responsiveness to different stimuli, mainly methacholine, were improved due to vitamin C therapy which are suggested to be due to anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties of this agent.

Ako po nakaencounter niyan halos 3 months po ako nagkaroon ng allergic rhinitis at the best po na meron ka nasal drops at bactidol para mawala yun irritation mula ilong hanggang lalamunan pero magtake ka pa rin ng cetirizine for better result.

Hindi porket may background sya, hindi siya pwede maging capitalista. Hindi porket marami kang degree, maganda din ang moralidad mo.

At hindi ako antagonist sa vitamin C. Antagonist ako sa mga scam at myth na patuloy padin pinapakalat ngayon. Merong puwang ang vitamin sa mundo ng medical science. Pero hindi ito lunas sa mga sakit kagaya ng gusto sana natin paniwalaan.

Basahin mo kung paano ung intake method jan sa sources mo. Ung IV intake ang sinasabi nila jan. Ung oral intake nga hanggang 1g lang. More than that may risk magkaron ng kidney stones. (Mas pipiliin mo ba ung kidney stone kesa allergy, kase ako hindi)

Proven tested ang vitamin c para allergic rhinitis. Vitamin C din pala nirecommend ko sa tropa ko may allergic rhinitis. Pano ginawa ba naman maintenance ang steroid at antihistamine. Ngayon ok na siya.

Lemon with water din. Araw-arawin mo. Kung magastos sa lemon kasi mahal na lemon ngayon bili ka grafted lemon then itanim mo may libre ka ng lemon lifetime. Grafted, para di ka mag aantay ng almost 10 years before mamunga.
 
hello, medyo hindi na ako ina-ataki kapag hindi ako umiinom ng maraming gatas, okay lang na malabnaw. tsaka di rin pwede sobra sa chocolate at dapat mag mask basta ma alikabok.
 
buti sakin mild lang, totoo talaga hindi lahat ng may allergy rhinitis ay pare pareho. sobrang irritable ng ilong ko pag nakakaamoy ako ng ulam madalas. diko alam bakit sa amoy ng ulam nangangati ilong ko. before kumain or habang kumakain lang sya nagiging irritable, yun lang naman ang problema ko. ginagawa kong solusy, ng sa sobrang kati na ilong ko, kumukuha ako ng malamig na kutsara or anumang bagay na malamig at un ang idadampi ko sa ilong ko, naiibsan naman kahit papaano ung kati. kaso minsan sa sobrang gigil ko magkamot sa ilong ko nagcacause sya ng pasa or namumula ang ilong ko palagi, anyone kung meron din ba same scenario sa nararanasan ko pag nakakaamoy ng ulam?

totoo yan, every morning maraming kulangot ilong ko. Mga dried mucos. Every morning may mocus talaga.
