How to upgrade to 2.3.5

1. Download this package (official 2.3.5 release/stock Lenovo firmware).

2. Extract all the files in the package to your desktop.
3. now, turn your phone off/remove the battery/put it back in/don’t turn it on.
4. While pressing the camera button,Connect your phone to your computer.
5. Install your usb driver.(usb driver is located in the root of your sd card/and also in the package above)..disconnect your phone after driver installation,remove the battery and put it back in/don’t turn it on.
6. Run flash_tool.exe located in SP_Flash_Tool folder.
7. you can release the camera button when flashing started..after flashing is done,close sp flash tool/disconnect your phone/reboot system.
-First boot will take time.

try this flashable 2.3.5 via cable by javum(s109)..this is much better..

-download and extract all of the file onto your desktop,
-run sp flash tool,
-click scatter loading
-locate and select MT6573_scatter_loading.txt on the extracted files..
-wah,just follow the screenshots above.

How to root (2.3.3/2.3.5)

-install a60 usb drivers if not yet installed.

steps:
1. Connect phone to pc via usb
2. Enable usb debugging mode (Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB debugging)
3. Open SuperOneClick.exe
4. Click "Root". Wait for rooting process to be finished
5. Reboot phone

How to install custom recovery (2.3.3/2.3.5)

2.Extract and Copy Recovery.img into the root of your SDCard
3.download and Install M44tools. (If you see the ‘install blocked’ notification,tap settings/check unknown sources.)
4. Open “MobileUncle tools/m44tools”,tap “flash recovery from sd card”
5.Now you will see “recovery.img”,tap on it then confirm.
6.Grant MobileUncle Tools root permisions if you are asked.
7.Now you have a custom recovery (you can either tap Reboot to Recovery from MobileUncle Tools menu or just turn the phone off and on again while pressing Volume up(+) key).
