may pag ka amo dapat ng boses tapos parang naiiyak dapat pagkasabi mo, then yung mata mo dapat tignan mo siya na desidido ka talagang pumasok sa company nila.

Eto mga tips lang. Ilang taon na ako naiinterview at nag-interview

(a) Tell me about yourself - Kailangan sabihin mo dito kung ano ang mga experiences mo. Kung ano ang mga ginawa mo in past. Kung newly graduate ka. Sabihin mo kung ano mga accomplishments mo. Kailangan ang topic mo ay laging relevant sa papasukin mong trabaho at sa position na ina-applyan mo.

(b) how do you see yourself five years from now? - Sabihin mo ang mga gusto mong matutunan at plano sa career mo sa company. Mga plano na gusto mong gawin para sa company.

(c) why should I hire you? - Kailangan ang sagot mo dito kung ano ang macocontribute mo sa company. Kung pano mo magagamit yung mga strengths mo sa trabaho.


Additional tips.
Dos

• Research about the company, ano product/services nila. Mga CEO, Mission and Vision. Kung may good press release/news.
• Be on time.
• Dress appropriately
• Practice, Practice, Practice... Kahit sa salamin...
• Kung programming ang papasukin mo. Brush up sa programming algorithm (di ko alam kung ganyan sa Pinas)
• Always be confident... pero di mayabang.

Don't

• Wag mong sisiraan ang dating mong company o katrabaho.
• Wag maging negative sa sagot. Kung meron mang negative kailangan may pansalo ka na positive.
• Never talk about money. Lahat ng tao gustong yumaman di mo na kailangang sabihin yun.
