Requirements on compiling for iOS, first i did my reaserch but mabilisan lang, background ko is on webdev and android so medyo konte alam ko pagdating sa iOS.
Anyway tanong ako about sa :

- Apple Developer Account
Im using flutter for this, plan ko is basic flutter app then compile for RELEASE, then use the release to a single phone, objective is to check wether my Environment will be a MacOS Catalina VM on an AMD machine, so need ko muna mag verify if working talaga before mag dive in.

Now, meron na akong developer account, but not enrolled, meaning free lang, so tanong ko is, gagana ba tong account na to sa gusto kung gawin? Sa mga nabasa ko kasi, gagawa pa ako ng development provisioning profile para sa signing ng release version (with phone UUID?), BUT problem is free account sa developer.apple.com walang option para gumawa ng provisioning profile. If mali, meaning mag enroll talaga ako sa 99USD/year?

- VMware macOs Catalina
dahil wala akong mac machine, I opt for VM, running naman VM then I can simulate the basic flutter app sa ios simulator, kulang nalang yung pag build.

Lastly, my objective here is too build an mobile app but hindi ko ipapublish sa app store, so last question is, IS the 99USD/year account still need for this thing?

Gamit ko is Xamarin.

yes, nagdidevelop din po ako using xamarin but android platform lang, iOS compilation yung kulang sakin, kaya di ako familiar on the licensing etc..
Maganda naman xamarin pero nung nagsimula nako mag flutter, mas nagandahan ako plus malawak an community (para sa akin). anyway thanks for replying. Dev lang kahit ano platform basta native lang ;) (not hating webviews ha)

[XX='darkensi, c: 1052732, m: 1822861'][/XX]Xamarin.forms kase gamit ko , kase yung xamarin is for android dev lang ..

yes, i think yan yung pinaka easiest way, but still im gathering more info for testing muna instead of investing agad2x. For the emulator, i thiknk ill go with the VM route, nagagamit ko na naman, kulang nalng yung compilation to .ipa

Thanks for the reply.

If I may ask, in xamarin.forms when compiling iOS from the source, need diba ng developer account, im sure need din ng macOS at XCode. Correct me if im wrong.

This concept is same with flutter also, one source code, but in time of building, then if iOS, need mo talaga ng macOS at XCode at Developer account. More complex (baka lang dahil tinatamad ako mag research). Sa Adnroid kasi, if need lng mag test ng release version sa physical device, then generate signing keys lang using keytool then pwede na mag build ng release. In Apple thats not the case AFAIK.

Ang hirap talaga kapag iOS ang idedevelop kapag wala kang Mac haha Anyways Goodluck on your project :)

Try using opencore nas mapapadali pag hahäçkintosh mo
