Hello po, nakavpn po ako tapos naUSB tethered sa laptop. nakakbrowse at nakakanuod po ako sa ibang site maliban sa netflix, bluestacks, and spotify po. Ano po kaya problema neto?Thank you!

It does, but not all VPNs work with it. If you're connected to a VPN with a data center IP address, you will be blocked from streaming Netflix, Spotify simply doesn't officially support VPNs. They "could" work, but the service does not support them.
