Help Intermittent Torrent Downloading Problem

Hi Guys!

New guy here. Hope to stay long as I plan to stay alive. hehehe

Hoping you can help me with my problem on my uTorrent.

My PLDT speed is up to 100MBPS. Nagbabayad po kmi almost 3k a month for this service.
I always watch my torrent speed. Napansin ko na pahinto hinto ang download ko. Yung para bang intermittent or nag fa-fluctuate.
Yun para bang ang speed nia ay minsan greater than 8MB pero kadalasan less than 100kb.
Eto pa. kapag ang end task (close) ko ung Utorrent, pag boot up ko (open) ang torrent, ang download speed nia ay greater than 8MB until makapag download sia ng almost 300MB.
then balik nnmn sa less than 100kb download speed.
so sa magdamag n nakabukas ang computer ko ay may download ako buong gabi na almost 11Gig, pero kadalasan ay nasa 2Gig lang.

ang speed ng normal download (kahit anu through google chrome) ay steadily 2MB to 4MB.

mga nasubukan ko nang method
Uninstall/install then normal settings ng Utorrent
Uninstall/install then apply settings ng napanuod ko tutorial s YøùTùbé.
Connect through cable wire
Connect through wifi

Im using Win10
Utorrent Client (updated)

gamit ka vpn nord vpn or E×préšš VPN hindi talaga stable ang internet ni pldt ako nakawireless ako smart pero no problem namn kahit nag dl ako ph server pero mas ok siya pag nakavpn.

I never had this issue with Converge ICT on our fiber optic connection.

Also, in my experience, better ang qBittorent kaysa uTorrent as a torrent client.

Hey! qBittorrent works like magic!!!
maraming salamat sa pag recommend nito. ang ganda n ng aking pamimirata.

manghingi lang sana ako ng better setup ng qBittorrent.

will recommend this to anyone i know.

This means that my issue here is not ISP. but my torrent engine.
