Help Installing Windows 10 on Non-UEFI Bios

Kahapon ko lang na-encounter, share ko lang baka makatulong, nag-reformat ako ng old desktop kasi nag-upgrade sya to SSD, nagboboot naman ang bootable FD kaso di magtuloy.

So panu ko sya nilagyan ng Windows 10 Pro?

Desktop Specs:
Motherboard - ECS G31T-M
Supported OS - Until Windows 7 x64 only

Pre-requisites:
1. USB FD - 8GB or higher
2. Latest version of Rufus - You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
3. Windows 10 image/iso
4. One(1) more laptop/desktop with UEFI bios - explained below why we need this

Procedure:

1. Create a bootable Windows 10 FD using latest Rufus
2. (Important) Under Partition scheme, select MBR
3. After that di pa din sya magtutuloy
4. Remove the SSD, ilagay muna sa another PC/Laptop with UEFI support
5. From there, maiinstall mo na ang Windows 10 kaso take note: After Finishing Setup and need na nya mag-restart to continue, need mo sya ishut-down by un-plugging the power cable or long-press the power button
6. After shutdown, ilagay mo na si SSD sa old desktop para dun sya mag-boot, install devices etc...

And that's it, that's how I did it

Sana po makatulong. Respect, Peace kababayan!! (y)😇
