DITO Iniba nila yung mechanics

Did someone noticed na iniba ni Dito yung mechanics nila especially those pertaining sa expiration ni DITO sa promo at simcard nila? Kasi kahapon nagbasa ako sa mechanics nila, I'm sure talaga na sinabe sa clause nila na one year ang expiration ng both simcard at welcome promo nila if not activated .

Ngayon iniba nila at naging after 30 days of successful delivery ang expiration ng promo if not activated. Can someone testify too? hahhahahah, pini-pm ko yung fb page nila ayaw maniwala sa akin at patuloy na iginigiit nila na hindi nila talaga iniba ang mechanics nila except dun sa extension ng promo period

Kung ganun man, may magagawa ka ba? Yung sinasabi mong 1 year, that only applies sa una nilang welcome promo. Ngayon at nag extend/gumawa sila ulet ng bago, they can set terms however they wish. At madalas Meron sa terms and conditions yung "...making revisions without prior notice" or something like that.

that's my point paps, nakabili na ako ng mga simcard sa first period nila. I was asking DITO, kung applicable ba yung bagong mechanics sa mga orders made on or before March 31 but they reluctantly said na hindi talaga nila iniba yung mechanics nila exept sa extension ng promo period. That actually mean that their new set of mechanics also apply to all orders made since March 8. I was just seeking that someone here also noticed the same as I noticed so that I will have a counterargument to the claims that DITO said in our private convo

ganito kasi yan, may expiry date kasi ang SIMs if not activated, naka sticker yan with this phrase "If not used, SIM will expire on April 2022 bla bla bla.
about sa welcome promo, April 1 to 30 yan (if 30 days, otherwise 15 days vice ver. depending on promo), kapag May 1 mo na na.receive ang sim at ang activation is within that day, walang welcome offer dahil expire na, as soon as possible, use the welcome offer after activating your sim or registering your DITO number, if lagpas ka na sa welcome offer period, wala tayong magagawa jan

also they will make revision to that "without prior notice" if there are typos or changes to promo mechanics

dont worry po, kahapon dumating ung simcard from cebu na inorder namin nung april april 14 ata yun, pag salang namin ng sim 30days unli parin sia.. i think ung mga na edeliver sa manila ang mga may promo na bago.. saka ung ibang sim na late ng nailabas..

hahahahha yan nga problema ko lods, ayun binenta ko yung excess na mga simcard ko hayys, plano ko pa naman bumili ng maramihan para unli data for months

[XX='bananamilk, c: 1105149, m: 1464212'][/XX] tinanong ko kasi yung agents nila paps, if ever applicable ba yung term and condition specifically ang clause that states na hindi na mag aactivate ang welcome promo nila if ever ang activation is way past beyonf 30 days after successful delivery. Iginigiit nila paps, na hindi talaga nila binago yung term and conditions except sa pag extend ng welcome promo nila.

That's why nag assume nalang ako, na mag eexpire talaga yung nabili kong simcard after 30n days ng successful delivery

Probably sa mga sim na nabili before April 1, one year pa ang expiry. Yong na purchased April 1 to 15, must be activated within 30 days...
