India- Help required and Request regarding Protocols/Method which is Working on Indian ISP

Dear PHP,
I am Big fan your Forum since Symbian S60V1 OS (That's enough to tell how old I am! ). I always use your forum to tweaks on Indian ISP. Now as on 19 Dec 2021 there is only one VPN which is Psiphon which is working on unfronted-Meek-Ossh on my ISP ( Telecom Operator ). Is there any VPN which support such protocols/Method or any way to create such type of Android client and server. I Know, still here are our old user's from old fashioned age and I know they are still remember their day's of modding and creating their own VPN. Just a request to make VPN like Psiphone which work on unfronted-Meek without any speed limit.
