•Tips naman po mga master kung paano gumising ng napaka aga, heavy sleeper po kasi ako yung tipo na kahit itapat mo pa yung alarm sakin hindi ako magigising unless may manggigising talaga sakin kaso wala haha.

train yourself....
set up an alarm at 4:00am everyday,then once you get used to it, you can wake up earlier than the time you set it up to.
also its scientifically proven..
(sorry for my bad tagalog)
u need earrape music as your alarm or any sound that makes you uncomfortable (moaning sounds etc.)
