may psiphon ako sa laptop (win 10) dko alam paano gamitin. gusto ko sana mag ka free and fast internet. may huweia modem(dko alam spelling) at smart lte at hindi lte sim card. paano po mag ka internet ang mabilis?

Thanks for the information. I will faithfully follow it. However as I observed, almost everyone is communicating informally like what is described in the rules, a clear violation. They should also receive the same notice.
