Okay this are the minimum requirements:

1st. Get a FREE DOMAIN NAME

Then register for an account.
After you register check your mail inbox or spam for confirmation code
Then after you click the confirmation link click "My Domain" and click "Register new Domain".
Just put the desired domain name on the search bar(if it already exist click the grayish button on the side and a list of extension will came out [.net, .ga, .ml, etc...] just choose the free extension)
Then a list of your desire name just choose one and open the category bar(the box with "3 months- Free") and choose "12 months- Free" then register the domain.
2nd. Get a Bit.ly Account

Then Register for an Account.
After you register check your mail inbox or spam for confirmation code.
Then see the upper right side of your Screen you will see your Name or Username.
Click it and choose Settings.
Then chooose Advance.
And Click Add Branded Domain.
Click the box and put your website domain name.
Copy the "A DNS server" Given
3rd. Fix the DNS
Go on your Freenom Account and click My Domain on Domain Menu.
Choose your Desired domain and click Manage Domain.
Click Manage Freenom DNS
As you can see there is 2 Blank Boxes leave the first one and on the second box put the A DNS Server that bit.ly given.
Save it!!!
4th. Final
Go Back on your Bit.ly then click Set.
And its Done just Default it ok?
