Hi, this might seem like a trivial question, but it is not, believe me.

How to insert sim card into SIM1 slot since this is different from other sim slots - I have tried but it seems that if I continued I would break the metal rim, so I stopped and inserted the sim to SIM2 instead. For me it looks like design error from manufacturer.

I have tried to get help for this ever since I bought this phone but support is useless and don't answer.

Until now I have only been able to use this Dual sim phone as Single sim

Can someone, who successfully done this, show this in picture or video? Please

There's a slide latch above on the sim card slot.

Check the user guide to how to insert a sim card slot on it.

If your phone has a warranty , since was purchased. You must to return it back to phone supplier and report it as a manufacture error.

Shinsuke Nishizono , this is a Firefly Aurii Magnum Force, Firefly don't supply manuals for their phones. I will try to see if there are a latch, but I doubt it.

I been Firefly Mobile User before , and their support sucks. So thats why i switched to Cherry Mobile. Doesn't matter if i have a cheapest phone , at least it has a purpose on it. xD

CM support sucks even worse. Lenovo Mobile Philippes(not real Lenovo) support is basically non-existant. Firefly Mobile email support finally came back to me with a guide - there is a latch. Their FB never came back with answer.
