how to hard reset this nokia 3.4/8.3 5g

1. turn-off phone
2. long-press volume down and power key altogether, if not work volume up and power key instead
3. when Nokia logo appears, release buttons

Recovery Mode, use volume up or volume down key to move up or down and the power button to select.
