- lay on your bed syempre san pa ba
- relax your mind & body
- don't move any part of your body, just close your eyes and stay still
- practice breathing exercises (inhale, exhale for 3 to 10 times)
- try to stay in your position for 15 mins or so, if nakatulog kayo then it worked
