Help How to check what PLDT Fibr plan you are subscribed into?

Tanong lang po mga paps, paano po malalaman kung anong fibr plan ang gamit namin ngayon? Kasi may nag ooffer ng upgrade to plan 1499 25mbps, pero 1500 naman po yung binabayaran namin every month. Any idea po?
