How to boost data connection?

Good afternoon. Tanong ko lang po, may paraan po ba para palakasin yung speed ng data connection ko? I'm living sa city po pero mahina talaga yung data ko always naka 4G naman data ko pero mahina parin. Salamat po sa sasagot!

May wifi po kami sa bahay. Concern ko lanh yung data connection ko tuwing nasa labas ako mahina talaga.
