Closed Hotspot shield elite for galaxy y

Can anyone please give me a link of hotspot shield elite that is compatible in my samsung galaxy y?

I've tried the other hotspot shields like mantra but I cant connect.. Please help, I need some experts here.. I want an elite hotspot shield, but I cant install it..
