Closed Hotspot Shield 3.0.4 g ELITE Problem when connecting to Google apps

Hello po, Guys badly needed ko po yung tulong ninyo, im using Alcatel one touch with smart Jump in SIM, hindi kasi makaconnect sa Google apps, Facebook app and YøùTùbé app ang HSS 3.0.4g ELITE na inistalled ko. dalaang araw na ako gumamit nito gulat nalang ako bigla di nagcoconect , di ko lang mantindiahan kasi gumagana sya sa mobile browser ko at sa operamini.
