Help High speed proxy for host trick

Hi guys,

I am not fillipino.. i have an host trick which is working in my country..but problem is speed is very slow. So i need an high speed proxy with port 3128.. since my internet speed is 1.23mb/sec ...but in proxy its only 300 kb/sec.. Kindly help me and give me a high speed 3128 port proxy..

Please dont give hidemyass etc sites i tired all but not success with speed..so if anyone really having proxy..give me..help will be appreciate..

First of all thanks for reply..but this proxy are slow and some are not connecting..i need private proxy..for good download speed.
